Location, location, location

Location is everything. Heybe is very well located for restaurants and shopping. Hotel breakfast is good, but the coffee is terrible. Nice bar in the front garden, but no restaurant in the hotel. Indoor pool is nice—wish it were outdoor. Excellent massages. Excellent manager Ms Zeynep—smart, kind, understanding and helpful above and beyond regarding lost luggage and tour suggestions

THIS PROPERTY HAS A VERY GOOD BREAKFAST, BUT THE ROOM 106, THE ONE WE WERE, HAS SO SMAILL BED, WAS IMPOSIBLE TO SLEEP ON IT, SPA/ STEAM ROOM, ALL CLOSED. STAFF SOME NICE OTHERS VERY NASTY AND PUSHY.

Very good hotel, the manager did her best to accomodate us and make our stay as comfortable as possible. The swimming pool was a nice touch and breakfast was good. I would suggest it to anyone.

The location was great very close to the hot air balloon launch area in Goreme. The front desk guys were amazing and booked transportation and a day tour, very pleasant and excellent customer service! The rooftop with buffet breakfast and view were simply amazing! The hotel is on a quiet street less than 5 minutes from the centre of Goreme. Staff are very friendly and attentive. Rooms are a little small and we found there weren’t enough plug points for 2 of us. The room was also a little dark there is very little lighting. Indoor pool is lovely. Breakfast is plentiful snd fresh. We enjoyed our stay

Séjour magique de 4 jours en Capadoce. L hotel est très bien situé à Goreme. La piscine magnifique permet de se reposer apres une journée d excursion. Le staff a été super. Le petit déjeuné etait excelent.

I had booked this hotel on the basis that there was a safe advertised as being within the room. Upon checking in I could not find a safe in the room. I called reception to verify and they advised there is no safe. They said they would follow up with their manager (which they did not). The room itself was small and the bathroom smaller. It was outdated even though Expedia noted that it was recently renovated. I would not stay here again - don’t waste your time or your money.
