Super charming place with a large room and bed, private parking, clean facilities that were in good order, and the staff was very welcoming and helped us a great deal with laundry and with advice concerning the activities we had planned to do in the area. The breakfast was great, and I loved also having access to a fridge placed in the common area. The location was excellent both for the beach (which was beautiful) and for going downtown. I would definitely stay here again.

Another trip to Falmouth doing the Uni run for my daughter and I must say that I was so impressed with the B&B I wished I found it earlier. Katie and her staff were really lovely and I was made very welcome. The room was comfortable, clean and cosy and the breakfast was fantastic. It was like living at home and I felt so relaxed staying here. The location couldn't of been better as it was close to the beach and town aswell as the train station if needed. The parking was great as you can come and go as you pleased and always have somewhere to park. Also loved the fact that the room was cleaned every day and the biscuit jar was also filled up. I will certainly use this B&B again as this made my holiday staying here +++++

This is a very good property to stay. It is well located being just 5 minutes walk to the beach and 15 minutes to the town centre. There is off street parking and a hearty breakfast to start the day. Our host was Katie was very helpful and accommodating. Highly recommend this property.
