For being in the center of Madrid, this place was pretty damn awesome. The people it attracted were incredibly kind and it was easy to talk to them. The receptionists were all kind and super attentive and patient. Breakfast is 6 euros, but honestly worth it for what they have. Pretty quiet for being in the center as well.

The staff was really nice but theres a lack either of organization or communication i was overbooked in a room of 4 i arrived past midnight so the only solution was either i accepted to be downgraded to an 8 room or they would look into another hostel to accomodate me, traveling solo at that time was not an option, so I ended up accepting, they offered me a free pass to the breakfast area, in my experience when you make a mistake you either, give the costumer what they paid for or you upgrade them not the opposite, The room that i got had the water faucet dripping the whole night, somehow the place was ok but the experience of entering in a room with 4 people already sleeping in it was weird.

FAKE PARKING

The site wrote that were a free Parking and I could stay there with the rental car. While asking to change the dates , when I ll be without it they asked me to call the Hotels.com. I ve made it after many calls. So when finally accepting the Hotels had to call the Hostel00 to confirm the number confirmation they gave me!!! And the call was down. I WANT MY MONEY BACK. Once more tip I PRINTED THE WEBPAGE TELLING THEY HAVE FREE PARKING.

Sentado en la cama, tenes que estar encorbado. La bacha del aseo muy ruidosa, a quien se le ocurre que sea de metal? Abris el grifo y se entera la habitacion. No puede ser que no alla ventilador. La decoracion va para atras. La cara de amargada y lo maleducada por no saludar de la directora deja al hostel en -10 en hospitalidad. Lo que rescato como favorable es la ubicacion. Asi y todo lo recomiendo al hostel para no ir. Y LA SEÑORA FLO UNA GENIA, MANDENLE MIS SALUDOS DE GABRIEL.

Pasé solamente una noche y fue el primer hostal en mi vida al que me hospedé, iba sola y sinceramente me sorprendió, las personas con las que comparti habitación eran muy educadas, todos respetamos y descansamos súper bien, aparte que para ser mi primer viaje sola la ubicación estuvo fantástica porque incluso pude salir en la noche a caminar por sol y recorrer de noche plaza mayor, la chocolatería y después tranquilamente me regresé a dormir, tenía un locker y ahí metí las cosas de valor, mi mochila con cosas de aseo y así solo la puse abajo de la cama, también te cobran 5 euros por la llave pero al final te la regresan, también te proporcionan una toalla entonces es un plus más, planeo regresar en otra ocasión y recomendársela a mis amigos, también fueron muy lindos conmigo en recepción, me contestaban los buenos días y todo, 10/10
