Casa Amanzi is nicely designed, right in the center of Getsemi, with music, wall art, good food and easy walking around the Walled city. The colors are vivid everywhere. The staff at Amanzi are very helpful and always there with a ready smile.

The property is very run down. The plumbing is really bad and toilet runs with lots of sound throughout the night. I made a complaint to staff as I knew it would be difficult to sleep at night. They sent someone in but he couldn't really fix it and throughout all the units they were bad (this room was my second attempt). I asked if they could give partial refund, perhaps on last two days of four day reservation, and they said no but to try Orbitz/Expedia. Unfortunately conversations with Orbitz/Expedia were as bad or worse. A woman listened and asked about the issues I was having and then told me she will email the correct department (though they are Off Line) and I would hear back within 4 days. I told her that is inadequate as I wont be able to sleep, can I have someone to speak with or email. She said No that they are Off Line. I then told her that is there way of saying they will avoid all responsibility. She laughed. Terrible/Terrible experience. Staff was nice and it is in a GREAT part of town. the place is just too run down.

First of all, there is no hot water in the shower so be prepared for that. Staff doesn't speak any English so you need to speak Spanish. The hot tub didn't seem to work and was filled with cold water as well. On the bright side, the hotel is in a very touristy area where you have all the restaurants, pubs, etc.

Simplesmente não se hospedem nesse lugar. O ralo do banheiro estava entupido. O ar condicionado parecia que não via uma limpeza há anos. O barulho é imenso, você não conseguirá relaxar, muito menos dormir tranquilamente, é barulho constantemente, dos funcionário e hóspedes. Dinheiro jogado fora!

El lugar es bonito, el desayuno tipo buffet pequeño pero rico, camas cómodas, muy bien ubicado, contras no hay agua caliente( como la mayoría de hoteles en cartagena), sin embargo con el calor es tibia y es agradable, la habitación que nos tocó tenía muy mala insonorizacion en un sector con mucho ruidoytiene un muy mal manejo de la humedad en la mañana el piso estaba gmojadisimo.

Los cuartos son bastante pequeños, y el baño era diminuto, casi no cabia. El internet en el cuarto en donde estaba era intermitente, y sugiero que se podria incluir una silla y una mesa para cuando el viaje sea de negocios. Ademas creo que es esencial incluir agua caliente
