The property was great, but communication leading up to our stay was non-existent. Check in times are VERY limiting (3-4) and we wanted an option to do check in later as we were driving from the North Shore. I sent messages two weeks before and got no response, tried again several days before and then tried calling and emailing the day of with no luck. If you can make the check in time, it’s a great place to stay!

The check in was weird. We stayed in Tower I but the check-in was in an office on the 4th floor of Tower II. So that was a bit confusing. Our Mountain View room was not exciting but had everything we needed. The only complain we had was the floor was a bit dirty. We had no problem finding parking but the parking ramp had low ceiling so tall/large vehicles need to be aware.

We have a great time staying in this condo, very close to the beach and Waikiki strip, parking is free and convenient to everywhere. Management staff is very friendly and responsive, it’s an ideal place for a vacation stay !

Good communication. Easy directions for late night arrival. Room was big enough for 2. Adequate kitchen supplies. Nice Mountain View from 20th floor. Property is older and not remodeled but for the price it was very good. Clean, no bugs. Wall AC is only in the living room but there was a pedestal fan. Free parking a big plus. Always managed to find a spot if I went up to the 4th floor. Office has free beach gear you can borrow like chairs or floats, stuff people left behind. I would definitely stay here again if the price were about the same. Near some of our favorite places like Tiki’s and Moana Surfrider lobby for live music.

It was in a great location, 5 minute easy walk to the beach and stores, parking in the garage was great and just made our vacation a lot easier! Only downsides were that I woke up during the night for some water and turned on the lights to find roaches on the stove running back to hide and there was a urine smell in the bedroom–not sure if it was the carpet or the bed skirt but it was something.

The kitchen had everything you could want or need. It was a very comfortable stay with plenty of space. Two beds , two TVs a great shower. A ton of towels and beach towels too even a beach chair. Laundry on every floor.

This was a great location to stay, simple but good price. It was a short walk from the beach and many dining options. The front desk wasn't open very much while there, so it was a little more difficult to get new towels, we waited until they were open. Also, there is a coffee pot there but the coffee provided didn't work well (very weak for even a small portion), so we'd recommend getting your own coffee at the start of your trip. Overall, we'd recommend staying here!

Sehr gute Lage zu Waikikbeach. Der inbegriffene Parkplatz war Gold wert Kommunikation im Vorfeld bzw. bei Verspätung ist eher schwierig, da alles was per Wifi möglich war nicht funktionierte, kein WhatsApp, keine Antwort auf Mails. Die Servicezeiten sind nicht gut, nur bus nachmittag. Als Europäer beaucht man eine amerikanische Telefonkarte, damit man anrufen kann, das war das einzige worauf reagiert wurde. Wlan im Zimmer ging ab Tag 2 nicht mehr. Da wir in der 6. Etage waren, konnten wir das Poolnetz verwenden und uns an den Pool setzen. Besser als gar nichts. Wir waren vier Erwachsene, das Klappbett war sehr weich, da konnte man nicht zu 2 schlafen. Am 2. Tag bekamen wir netterweise ein Klappzustellbett, es verbesserte die Situation etwas. Positiv ist, dass man sich an der Rezeption allerlei Strandutensilien kostenlos für den Aufenthalt leisten kann. Man kann das Auto stehen lassen und super schnell mit dem Bus nach Honolulu fahren.Fährt gleich an der Ecke, Fahrkarte in jedem Supermarkt
