We had an excellent stay at the hotel and would happily and highly recommend it to others. All of the staff were very kind, welcoming, and accommodating, including the hotel reception team, who were especially helpful and professional. Malak and Magdy provided exceptional service and worked extremely well as a team. They were always willing to help, frequently checked in on us, and promptly brought anything we requested. The pool was clean and well-maintained with a friendly and attentive pool attendant. The waiters were hardworking, housekeeping was excellent and accommodating, and the bartenders were very kind. Everything about our stay was excellent, including the cleanliness, comfort, food, and overall atmosphere of the hotel.

Disappointing stay despite strong reviews I chose this hotel based on the high ratings and positive feedback compared to other properties in the area, but my overall experience was poor—mainly due to lack of communication, an unhelpful check-in experience, and the condition of the room. My issues started before arrival. I received an automated message asking for my check-in time and whether I needed an airport pickup. I replied with the requested information and asked them to arrange airport pickup. After waiting 24 hours with no response, I sent a follow-up message—still no reply. When I arrived at the airport, I tried calling the hotel multiple times and no one answered. I ended up giving up and taking a taxi. At check-in, I asked about early check-in (as mentioned in my earlier communication), but they had no rooms available. When I asked why no one responded to my messages, the front desk agent’s response was: “we get too many questions.” That was not a reassuring or professional answer. I then had to wait about an hour before getting access to my room. Unfortunately, the room itself was the biggest disappointment. It felt very outdated and not well maintained. The lights were flickering, and the bathroom had visible mold and rust. I understand many guests spend most of their time outside, but basic cleanliness and upkeep should still meet a minimum standard.

Price performance hotel

Although it is a three-star hotel, it is a nice hotel, it is very nice to be close to the sea and to have food on the beach all the time. We liked the most food options of the hotel, at the same time, it was very nice to clean our room every day. Overall nice hotel. The parts I don't like are that the alcohols are always hot, the bartenders are indifferent, especially the employees by the pool were very unhappy and constantly working with their faces hanging. But the friends working on the Restaurant side were very interested. By the way, there are too many flies in the hotel, this situation is annoying

First thing to say is how good Magdy in the restaurant is , as a manager hes superb and organises a busy arra so so well, also as a social connection to the guests he is unparalled and such an asset. The hotel should use him as customer relations more as he is polite , friendly and understands the guests individual needs, by far the best thing at this hotel. Hotel is decent with a nice family vibe but not a rowdy lots of kids vibe. The pool is the best arra to hang out but be early as its only got limited beds. Room are a little old fahioned but suffiecient and air wooks. The restuarant is good has loads of options and breakfast with egg station and lunch and dinner pasta to order was popular. The welcome bar needs thought as its neither a bar or a welcome. We enjoyed our 7 night stay and would go back

In general, Amphoras Blu is a reasonable place to spend your holiday. The staff are welcoming and friendly, food is good and various, the pool is clean and the general area around the property is clean as well. The animation team is not the best though; they spend most of their time at Amphoras Beach and pay little attention to the other two hotels. Being one of the group of adjacent amphoras hotels is a setback to Amphoras Blu although its rocky beach is one of the best for snorkeling. The rooms are generally clean yet they need some renovation and attention. The pillows were smelly and some switches need to be fixed. I would like to commend the reception staff who were always attentive and resounded properly to issues, especially Taher, Mohamed and Ahmed. I would also like to strongly commend Hossam, the pool attendant, who professionally responded to more than one critical situations while kids were swimming in the pool. He is also friendly in a decent manner. The guys at the restaurant are also friendly and responsive, especially Hamed and Moustafa. All in all, with some touches and little renovations , this hotel could be one of the best in Sharm. I recommend it for families who want to spend some good time in Sharm.

We had a lovely time at the hotel where we spent 2 weeks. The location is superlative, few minutes from all the key attractions in Sharm. We enjoyed the restaurants, the food and we want to send a special thank to Ashraf, the "pizza man". We used the local diving centre - Cinderella Eldawley- that we highly recommend to anyone (thanks so much to the owner Ahmed, the general manager Mr Yasser and the instructors Islam and Mustafa) for lots of dives and boat trips on the first week. They are a truly family orientated centre and we always felt part of the family. Well done!! The second week we did parasailing and some fun-boat excursions also arranged by the local centre - Le Vague Water Sport Centre - for water sporr experiences (thanks a lot to Mr Ibrahim). The pool, free drinks and the reef beach are also lovely and highly recommended (both open from 8am to sunset), especially doing snorkeling on the reef which is truly an anforfettable experience. The animation was also extremely well done and proactive in arranging day activities on the beach and evening shows on the amphitheatre which we really enjoyed. The only two comments we have are the rooms that require some level of refurbishment as they are quite dated, and one of the 4 shops on the beach, which sells oils and perfumes, that has a very bad habit of hassling and verbally abusing (even with inappropriate language) hotel customers who do not wish to visit or buy from the shop. All in all a great stay and holiday!!!

wonderful summer with family in Sharm Egypt

the hotel is great! the service is wonderful and very very attentive. i travelled with my wife and 3 kids (17,14,13) the rooms are huge and great the all inclusive was fine for me but not easy for my children, since they are very pickey and it wasn't easy enough for them to find what to eat. the beach if great! you have a platform you have to walk on to get to the water, since the corals are smack on the beach. wonderful coral, since it's a private beach and people from the outside can't enter. great scuba center. Nice beach bar&pool bar, nice pool. nice animation team to keep you busy during the day and night. the hotel near by, amphoras aqua, 6 minute walk away has 4 great water slides , the kids loved it! you leave the hotel and there is a minimarket and souvenier shop right there, a drugstore and an ATM 5 mintues further away another 10-15 souvenier shops and more supermarkets. there are SHARM taxis waiting outside the hotel to take you where ever- soho, old market, naama bay or Genena mall. the distances from place to place in SHARM are extensive, but no traffic so with in 10-20 minutes you are there. everyday there is a shuttle at 18:00 that leaves to naama bay, need to pre-register. free downsides: 1. gym's a/c didn't work evern though we comlained a few times, my wife was counting on it 2. The veriety of food for my children and wife was challenging. 3. Animation team scheduale wasn't up to date, so we didn't know every day what they did all and all perfect!

Ist eine sehr schöne, gepflegte und saubere Anlage... Die Aussicht war traumhaft (Meerblick). Die Zimmer waren jeden Tag sauber geputzt.... danke Ahmed..:-)..... Personal, sei es vom Service, Cleaner usw.waren stets freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wenn wieder Sharm el Sheik, sicher wieder ins Amphoras.

Zimmer: Es gab keine Decken, nur zusätzliche im Schrank – deren Sauberkeit allerdings fraglich war.Der Zimmerservice vergisst ständig etwas: Statt Shampoo gab es zweimal Duschgel, oder es fehlten kleine Handtücher bzw. Fußtuch . Das Zimmer wird inzwischen nur noch gegen Aufpreis gründlicher gereinigt. Steckdosen:Heutzutage muss man Handys und andere Geräte gleichzeitig laden können – hier unmöglich! Es gibt nur eine funktionierende Steckdose, die anderen sind durch Tischlampen belegt. Ohne Lampen ist es zu dunkel, da es keine Deckenbeleuchtung gibt. Zimmerkarte:Man bekommt nur eine Karte pro Zimmer – sehr unpraktisch, besonders wenn man mit einem Kind reist. Strand:Zwei Tage lang war die Bieranlage kaputt, und es wurde nur warmes Bier aus Flaschen ausgeschenkt. Die Pizza war zwar lecker, aber man musste sehr lange anstehen und bekam dann nur wenige Stücke. Der Pizzabäcker war außerdem extrem langsam. Generell hatte man den Eindruck, dass das Essen am Strand absichtlich so verteilt wurde, dass möglichst wenige etwas bekamen. Die Tücher am Strand sind völlig abgenutzt und müssten dringend ausgetauscht werden. Außerdem gibt es dort sehr viele Krähen: Sie klauen Essen, wühlen in den Sachen, verstreuen Müll und koten auf die Liegen – die übrigens nie gereinigt werden. Rezeption: Leider ein Desaster. Obwohl wir alle Englisch sprechen, taten die Mitarbeiter so, als würden sie uns nicht verstehen – oder wollten es absichtlich nicht. Von Kundenfreundlichkeit keine Spur: keine Komp
