Our experience at Tru was wonderful. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. We want to give a special shout out to Allie. She went above and beyond. We highly recommend this hotel and will stay here again when we are back in the area!

8/10 Very good

Stay was mostly excellent other than the issues with the WiFi, I needed help getting connected initially, and then it completely crashed later on in the evening. Other than that staff was helpful and friendly and the property and rooms were clean.

Great stay, super helpful staff, would book again. Only warning is nothing to do with the hotel itself but with Google maps. The pin for the hotel is slightly off, and the navigation system will take you to a construction site a little ways up on the other side of the road. Obviously, not the hotel's fault — only mentioning so people can beware!
