The property was located in the heart of London and easy to get to using public transportation. The place was very clean and provided all the amenities needed for a pleasant experience. Location was extremely versatile for access to dining, groceries, transportation etc. Walkable to everything that we wanted to do as well. The room was updated and immaculate. This is a great place to stay if you’re visiting London. It’s centrally located, has two tube stations close-by for you to travel around. I’ve zonked one star because our bed had dirty sheets and the hand wash in the bathroom was empty. The staff promptly fixed this, but it shouldn’t have happened in the first place!
