O quarto poderia estar melhor higienizado, muito pó e o carpete tb não ajuda muito. Sugiro edredons com capa onde a higiene é melhor e não cobertores de lá, que nem se usa mais. E na estrutura, toda cabeceira de cama há que se ter tomadas, para uso inclusive de saúde, tipo Cipaps e tb não havia extensões disponíveis para suprir essa deficiência.

Hotel antigo com poucos quartos confortáveis e de bom tamanho. No primeiro dia fiquei em um quarto pequeno e mal cuidado, ar condicionado muito fraco, chuveirinho higiênico vazando muito (reclamei vieram consertar) os cofres dos apartamentos não funcionam e fui informado que estavam processando a empresa que forneceu os cofres. No dia seguinte consegui um dos poucos quartos grandes com hidromassagem. Excelente localização, bom café da manhã e colaboradores prestativos.

Pontos positivos: a maioria dos recepcionistas foi muito gentil e eram atenciosos; limpeza do quarto; café da manhã muito bom. Pontos negativos: fui colocada num quarto no segundo andar, cuja janela dava para um telhado. A camareira costumava deixar a janela aberta, o que causava preocupação de que piudessem entrar bichos como baratas, aranhas e roedores. Além disso, o site informava que havia restaurante no hotel e serviço de quarto 24 horas, o que não corresponde à realidade.
