Overall, the hotel and aesthetic was amazing. However, my only note would be that we had to keep coming back to the front desk to deal with issues regarding our key cards or Wi-Fi or credit card info. We only stayed for two nights and never experienced that at any other hotel, but other than that it was a fabulous experience.

Our first time here and staff was so friendly. It was a little hard to find but overall the rooms were very clean and check-in staff were so nice. We arrived via rideshare. Perhaps add in information to your welcome emails on how to navigate from the parking garage (ride share drop off), to the check-in desk. Individual soaps, shampoo/conditioner, lotions are a nice touch, however, are rather wasteful (not eco-friendly). The surprise birthday bubbly wine was a very wonderful unexpected gift. Lovely rooms, very comfortable beds. A shame that we was woken up both mornings once with an industrial fan going outside in the corridor and second time by a cleaner asking if we was checking out that day. Coffee machine in room but had to pay to use a pod. Nice enough but nothing special.

We had a fabulous stay at the Nobu. I especially loved the friendly staff on check in - who got us a fabulous view:) There was one day the cleaning staff forgot to clean our room but the problem was quickly solved with the delivery of new towels. I will for sure stay again.
