I only stayed at the Jetwing Sea for one night, but I wish it had been longer! From the moment we arrived, the amazing staff made us feel welcome and well cared for. The hotel is perfectly situated on a beautiful beach and features two fantastic pools. The rooms are spacious, comfortable, and well-appointed. Dinner was exceptional, made even better by the attentive and friendly wait staff. Whether you're starting or ending your trip to Sri Lanka, this is the perfect place to stay.

In general it is a good hotel, rooms are very spacious with nice view, clean bathrooms all high standard but it felt like soulless. The staff was OK but nothing exceptional, we waited for drink before our dinner like forever even though the restaurant wasn't busy at all. It's close to the airport so it's a good option for 1 night before or after the flight. Breakfast was very good with tons of options.

The only complaint would be the front desk staff were not helpful. Couldn’t answer some of our questions. The bell boys on the other hand were great. Gave us advice on taxis and other questions we had. They seem to know the area well.
