El hotel según está en remodelación, pero mucho del trabajo se ve que lleva tiempo sin aplicarse. El elevador no funciona y según en recepción no queda en este año. Las escaleras son reducidas, lo bueno es que llevabamos 1 maleta de mano. El estacionamiento es pequeño, creo que para 10 autos. La habitación que reservé es amplia, contaba con micro y frigorífico; pero encontramos dos cucarachas tipo alemana; además la puerta corrediza de la regadera se trababa. Subimos al 4to piso a conocer la piscina, es pequeña y ahí mismo está el área de lavandería y otros servicios, no hay área techada como para mitigar el sol. La zona del hotel es buena, a 1 cuadra del malecón (boulevard para los jarochos), cerca de muchos servicios y restaurantes.

A mi familia y a mi nos gustó por la sencillez, localización y practicidad, se encuentra en buena zona cercano a la playa, pero quizás faltó que tuvieran más cuidada la alberca para su uso, ya que mis hijos y esposa quisieron usarla pero se encuentra deteriorada y sucia.

Le dije a la recepcionista que si podría quitarme las sillas porque mi hijo podria subir y caer de una ventana (sin protecciónes) y no quiso. Nada accesibles y el estacionamiento si encuentras lugar que bien sino se queda afuera. Ojala nunca tenga un accidente un niño por las ventanas sin protecciónes y contactos muy abajo del piso. Porque van a desear hacerle caso a los consejos de los clientes . Por el problema que se van a meter. Si les pedí el retiro de las sillas en la habitación es para evitar problemas ambas partes . No les interesan los clientes ..ellos siempre tienen la razón .
Lo único que pedimos fue que se llevarán las sillas y se negaron totalmente por seguridad

Cuando reservé, filtre por hoteles que acepten mascota y pagué en la aplicación Al llegar resulta que este hotel EMS pues SOLO ACEPTA RAZAS PEQUEÑAS y aparte al hacer check inn, me cobraron 350.00mxp adicionales por llevarlo. Mi pastor alemán es adulto entrenado en obediencia, guardia y protección. De mal gusto que hagan cargos extra sin avisar en la aplicación

Llegué sábado en la noche y me indicaron que no tenían habitaciones disponibles (cuando yo ya había hecho mi reservación por Expedia y el cobro se había realizado) pedí hablar con un gerente o alguien que me pudiera resolver y la recepcionista me decía que no, que ellos habían cancelado la reservación (no me llegó ninguna notificación) me comunicó por teléfono con otra de sus compañeras y me decía que seguramente al mismo tiempo que reserve, habían dado la última habitación, pedí reembolso y me comentaban que lo iban a ver el lunes (era sábado) le pregunté entonces qué hacía esa noche? A donde iba? Que no era la única inconforme pues había otra señora también molesta porque el aire acondicionado de su habitación no servía y estaba pidiendo reembolso, ambas esperábamos una solución ya que nos cobraron algo que no ofrecieron, al final me dieron una habitación (no que no tenían?) pero ya eran las 2 de la mañana del domingo, uno busca ir a descansar y no espera que pasen estas situaciones tan desagradables.
