静かで観光に便利

ロケーションは市電駅から徒歩3〜4分程度で便利。また八幡坂や赤煉瓦倉庫にも徒歩圏内で便利。一応徒歩圏内にCoopもある。室内は コンクリートの打ちっ放しとクロスの混合で、好き嫌いが別れるかも。天井照明やブランケット照明がやや暗いが、滞在に不便ではない。個人的にはもう少し明るい方がよかった。専用ドレッサーがないので、デスクの後壁にはめてある大きめの鏡を利用するが、照明が暗いので、鏡が暗く、顔や髪の細かいところが見にくい。冷蔵庫があるので便利。トイレ・ユニットバスは標準的。室内は広い。また静かである。3Fに浴場があり、割と広く、湯もよかったし快適だった。 雰囲気はビジネスホテルでもなく、シティーホテルでもなく、ゲストハウス風ともいえるが、快適に過ごせる。フロントはフレンドリー。

ゆっくり函館を散歩するには最適

山側に位置するこのホテルは、八幡坂や教会群を見たり、函館山のロープウェイを使用する際にはもってこいです。苦なく歩ける距離にあります。お部屋も綺麗ですし、アメニティも最低限のものは揃っています。温泉もたまたまですが、貸切状態で入れたのでとても満足でした(*´艸`) お部屋に備え付けの冷蔵庫を使用する際は、7段階の冷蔵の強さのうち3,4段階がオススメです。7にすると水がシャーベット状態になりました。

ホテルの方が親切です。

オーナーやフロントの方がみなさんとても親切で感じのいい方ばかりでした。 お水サーバーやコーヒーのサービスもあります。お部屋にもユニットバスがありますが三階に少し大きいお風呂がありそこに入りました。よかったです。 ホテルズドットコムからのメールに、チェックイン時身分証明書が必要とあったので宿に電話して尋ねたら不要とのこと、さらに午前中でも荷物は預かってくれると言ってもらえてそうしました。ありがとうございました。 場所も電鉄大町駅からすぐ、元町界隈もすぐそばで便利です。朝市には歩いて行くと30分弱かかるかな。でも朝市行って朝ご飯食べて帰ってきて10時チェックアウト、余裕です。 お部屋は新しい別館できれいでした。お掃除は行き届いていましたが小さな虫が一匹だけ出たことと新しい壁紙か糊？でしょうか、においが少しきつくて…マスクして寝ました。あと、電気ポットが置かれた場所の近くに電源プラグがなく、テレビ台の鏡の前に移動して沸かしましたがそこもプラグが少し遠くてコードの長さがギリギリでした(^^; フロントにお願いして延長コード借りれば良かったかも。 けれどホテルの皆さんが親切だったのでよい旅になりました。ありがとうございました。

部屋は清潔でとても快適に過ごすことができました。角部屋でしたので、窓から函館山と日の出を見ることが出来ました。また、市電の大町駅からすぐなので、朝市で朝食をとり、ホテルに戻りレストランでコーヒー(サービス)をゆっくり頂いても、チェックアウトまでのんびり過ごせます。チェックアウト後も元町の教会を散策しながら金森赤レンガ倉庫まで歩いて行けるので、立地も良かったです。スタッフの方もとても親切でした。

宿泊予定日未明に地震があり、停電に。 宿泊は断られるかな？と不安一杯で電話したら、停電中ですし、食事の提供は出来ませんが、トイレと宿泊は大丈夫ですと言って頂きホテルに向かいました。ホテルの方々は全員親切でしたし、笑顔で対応頂き、延泊も了承頂き感謝しかありません。ホテルも素敵でしたし、部屋も綺麗でしたし、サービスも良かったです。また滞在したいホテルでした。

Completely not worth one tenth of the money

We had a change in plan and have to stay in Hakodate for an extra day and found many other hotels fully booked or wouldn't admit two adult and two kids. So have to settle with this one. Put it this way, the location is far from the center of the city, inconvenient. Room was of compact size and smells of something bad. Put it this way, I would not like to stay here even at 20 dollars, let alone over USD 200.00. Awful experience.

룸도 크고 컨디션도 좋습니다. 3층건물이라 엘리베이터가없는데 체크인할때 직원분이 캐리어 들어주셨구요. 무료커피서비스 이용하지못했지만 워낙 엔티크한 분위기의호텔이라 커피도 맛있지 않았을까 싶네요. 주변에 영국영사관, 베이에리어, 하코다테산(로프웨이) 다 가까워서 걸어도 되구요. 추천해드리는 호텔이에요~

思っていたよりか主要な観光地から少し離れたところにあるホテルです。 部屋の中は広々としており、小さいですがユニットバスもありました。展望風呂もありますが、こじんまりとしており床のはしっこには石鹸のかす(?)がたくさんあり神経質な人には気になるかもしれません。しかし、風呂からの花火は最高でした。朝食は、ホテルか朝市の食堂かで選択できよかったです。 最後にエレベーターがないので注意‼
