Excellent varied breakfast offerings, comfortable bedding and incredibly friendly helpful staff. They helped us arrange car service from our previous hotel in Albania and to the Dubrovnik airport, and even found us a driver to drop us off snd pick us up at a trailhead in the National Park. The restaurant is friendly but the food is only so-so. The location inside the old city is stunning. This was a great find!

The staff in the breakfast room were not very helpful, their service was bad, the lack of a nightstand next to the beds was among the shortcomings, other than that, we were satisfied. The hotel's location and balcony were very good.

This hotel was fantastic!!!! Everything from the decor, both in the common areas and rooms. There are two restaurants one in the square, and one on top of the old city wall, offering excellent food. The location is ideal, right in the heart of old town. The staff went above and beyond with absolutely everything to ensure we had the best stay. If I could give them more than five stars I would.

Hotel Cattaro is fabulous! I love that it's in Old Towne Kotor and so convenient to restaurants and shopping. Our ride back to Zagreb cancelled the night before our departure and I was panicked! The staff members were awesome, took the helm and ensured our transfer happened. I felt like hugging them! Thank you for a wonderful stay. Absolutely beautiful hotel in the middle of the old town. Service was excellent and the room was large looking over the old town square. They have a quant balcony to enjoy your breakfast on and enjoy the view. This is the only hotel that has city square balcony so it’s quite special. Breakfast was amazing and one of the loveliest dining areas if you want to stay out of the heat. Truly one of the nicest boutique hotels we’ve stayed in. Parking is off site but it’s arranged by reception so no hassle other than dragging luggage a few hundred meters. Close to shops and restaurants.
