The most important service is getting us from curbside through security with hotel staff all the way through to the room and later to the airline check in counter. Smooth.

Anand was incredibly helpful. I had arrived a bit more than 24 hours before my next flight and he was still able to help me get into the hotel and let me stay until my check-in area opened prior to the flight. He and the rest of the staff were amazing.

When I booked this hotel- they didn’t tell us that u have to have a flight back schedule that day
So we didn’t use the hotel and even Expedia didn’t advice us that this would happen

Plz check before booking as we were duped even if we gave airline detail.
Its only ok if you have international flight.
Reservation we did was in domestic wing and also messaged hotel next day flight number.
When we landed lady in a very bad tone said you cant .. cancel as if I can .. I asked if I can move to Holiday Inn within city.. Reply was check karo.. check with security if they allow..
as if I land has a phone/internet to check cancel rebook…

The things that are not mentioned in this property description:
You have to leave secure side of the airport regardless to access the desk for this hotel.
The desk is amongst cab and rental car kiosks with no signage to direct you. I had to ask and get directed.
There are 2 parts of the hotel apparently, a domestic and an international, this is not described anywhere in the booking process, the people at the desk are dedicated to one side or the other, so I had to wait 30 minutes for someone to come from international.
They then walk you down to a separate security area where your bags are x-rayed, but this is not security.
Then you are escorted through 3 different checkpoints where you have to show passport and reservation confirmation.
You are then escorted through some back doors and service elevators and finally reach the hotel.
Total time from arriving at the desk to getting in my room 1 hr 15 min.
I spent 4.5 hours in the room before my flight. Even at 2:30am be sure to give yourself 3-4 hours to get checked in and through security.

The hotel is ideal if you have connecting flights to/from T3 at Delhi airport. The hotel have attempted to make it straight forward to reach the hotel - the hotel is internal to the terminal building however there are numerous security and passport checks that need to be undertaken to access the hotel. The hotel is clean and comfortable. The room was functional with an excellent shower. The food is good and there is a reasonable selection. The staff were all helpful and friendly.

This hotel is essentially a scam - shocking to see that IHG allows this to go on. Although the hotel advertises a „domestic departures wing“ and an „international departures wing“, the „domestic departures wing“ doesn’t seem to exist and the „employees“ don’t speak enough English to explain what is going on. Instead, there is an apparently well established network of „independent information agents“ that pimp other overpriced hotels to guests who get tricked by this scam and get stuck at midnight at the airport with no one to talk to. A shame for n international brand.
