Had a nice weeklong stay here. Room had nice view and was very clean. Even though it faced the street I slept well and I'm a very light sleeper. My stay at this property exceeded my expectations. Every interaction I had with the staff was met with a "can do" attitude. For example, I was unable to go on a tour to Lake Guatape due to the taxi driver not finding the tour bus. When I returned to the hotel and shared what had occurred, they immediately booked a similar tour (with hotel pick up) based on my availability. That's outstanding service for a guest to receive and one of the many reasons why I will be returning. I found the hotel to be located in a quiet area of Laureles within a short walk to an area with nightlife activities for those who are interested. A grocery store is right around the corner. A reasonable amount of restaurants are within walking distance or a short taxi ride which is very inexpensive. I stayed for a week and went on amazing adventures every day......some on tours and some solo. As woman traveling alone, I never felt uncomfortable or unsafe. So, I highly recommend staying here. It's a great hotel AND location for springboarding off on adventures of your choosing.
