This was a very nice apartment in a great location. Everything was clean and well-kept and they cleaned your room everyday if you wanted. There was plenty of space for my mom and I and it had a great view. The staff was very friendly and the place was easily walkable to many places or a short Grab ride away. I would definitely recommend.

I’ve stayed in three different serviced apartments across KL, and Lanson Place Bukit Ceylon is the best balance of hotel and apartment I’ve found. Unlike an Airbnb in a condo tower — where you feel very much on your own and hoping for the best if something goes wrong — Lanson Place gives you the space and independence of an apartment with a proper hotel operation behind it. Staff on hand, daily housekeeping, and you never feel like you’re living in someone else’s place. The apartment is spacious and nicely furnished. Warm wooden tones, a high-quality fully tiled bathroom, a comfortable bed, and AC that keeps you cool. I had a high corner unit and the view across to KL Tower was stunning. The lobby is calm too — a large water feature, no crowd scene. A welcome contrast to busier buildings elsewhere in the city. If I had to nitpick: shower water pressure was a touch low — the first time I’ve encountered that in Malaysia. And the lift is slow, so if patience isn’t your strength, avoid the highest floors. Minor gripes. For the price and overall experience, Lanson Place is the best value I’ve found in KL. Highly recommended.
