The hotel staff at reception, cafe and manager were friendly and attended to any questions/concerns we had, very good can't fault them. Some staff in the restaurant were not attentive at the bar and were not welcoming, not even a smile from many. The hotel is in great location to Pompei Ruins entrance which is just across the road. The breakfast is really nice and the staff really helpful. Only downside is other guests coming back to their rooms late at night being noisy.

Check in was great. Very efficient and fast and the front desk is pleasant. We have a view room of pompei but the outside is getting renovated which we didn't know and there's no view and can't use the balcony. The decor and style is dated but the bed is comfortable and the bathroom is clean and good. This hotel is located to a very close and less popular gate to pompei and a short walk to three restaurants and piazza.
