A Gem near the Coliseum

The home is very clean and has a washer to wash some clothes. The beds are comfortable and the Air Condition was great….it is walking distance to the coliseum and for the train station it’s about a 15 min walk. It’s about a 7 min walk to bus stops that can take you all around Rome

Perfect for our family

We loved our stay here. The apartment was clean and had all we needed. It had AC and even a washer/dryer. This is an apartment complex that makes you feel very safe. The caretaker, Precious, is super helpful. The location is also perfect. Walking distance from the Colosseum and an uber ride away from all else. We highly recommend this property.

The stay at the Colloseo Hotel was very good. Spacious and clean apartment . Communication with staff prior to arrival was effective and swift. The hotel is a a good money for value accomodation. Very suitable for families with 2 or 3 kids. The area of the hotel is quiet and secure. The nearest metro station is about a 10 min walk The Colosseum is situated 700 meters from the apartment. This is an amazing apartment. 2 bedrooms and very large. Clean and comfortable. Just a half mile from the Colosseum, so an easy walk to the Colosseum, Roman Forum, Trajan's Forum, Vittoriano and many other sites. We would definitely stay here again.

There was a huge contract to read and sign including having to take out the trash and clean the room before you left. Which I didn't appreciate. The apartment was amazing in all ways. I can't really say anything bad about it. The staff were reachable and kind and it felt super safe.
