Pros: nice breakfast with a lot of variety, friendly and helpful staff - gave us more towels as soon as we asked, clean room and exercise room. Convenient location in Tustin & SNA. Cons: next to a busy fwy & windows were not noise insulated - we needed to change rooms as a result; A/C in the room we moved to was really loud. We asked staff to send maintenance but unsure if that happened since nothing changed. Had to sleep w/earplugs (provided free at front desk) but not the most comfortable. Also needs new mattresses.
