各位好，第3晚睡前，已經是晚上11點半。聽到樓上仍然發出很嘈雜聲音，應該是小朋友玩耍，拉檯，追逐等，相信是酒店隔音比較薄。記起，當check in 時，前台服務員服務都好，有笑容。但當我們退房後，要請前台幫忙預約計程車時，服務員態度比較冷漠，可能同時都有幾組客人在約車，又約不到車，所以，有點不耐煩表現出來了。整體都可以。謝謝。
