This is a clean modern hotel conveniently located near the AMS with complementary shuttle service. The staff was extremely helpful. My only complaints are: (1) my stay did NOT include a complimentary breakfast, (2) the AC in the room didn't work so it was uncomfortablely warm.

8/10 Very good

Perfect hotel close to the airport, for a few hours stop overnight for my next flight. Also great with the free shuttle bus. But a bit disappointing with a closed restaurant relatively early night. Everything else was fine, quick queck in, a relatively big room with aircondition, all you need for a few hours

Everything was perfect, except for the bed (not very comfortable) and the bathroom door is way to heavy and migjt be dangerous for little kids.

8/10 Very good

Friendly, helpful staff and very convenient with free shuttle buses to and from the airport. Not many food options nearby, apart from the hotel restaurant and McDonalds, but fine for overnight stay. Personally the bed was too soft and not too comfortable, but OK for one night - the air-conditioning was great on a very warm evening,

Excellent airport hotel with a free airport shuttle. We used the shuttle to get to the airport and then travel onwards to downtown Amsterdam. Service was excellent. Great value.

Bastion Hotels provide a strong standard of service for value focussed travellers. The staff has been professional for many of my visits and the property standards are high. Love the breakfast, as well as restaurant menu. Appreciate the airport shuttle very much too.

8/10 Very good

There are two Bastion Hotels near the Amsterdam airport. We were dropped at the wrong hotel by our driver after a Viking cruise. Hotel staff kindly stored our luggage. We went to Harlem for lunch and a visit and came back by Uber. We were surprised by coming to a different hotel. Staff were fantastic. They arrange our bags pick up with free shuttle. They were very helpful n giving us all the information we need. Rooms were spacious and beds were comfortable. Very good value for money

Close to airport and shuttle service was on time. Not clean, not comfortable pillows perfect for a one night stay but would recommend for anything more than that.

Staff were great. Hotel is fairly basic, its an old hotel, that looks and feels old. Bus service to/from airport runs like military precision.

6/10 Good

We stayed at the hotel for 3 days. The hotel is dated. The carpets need cleaning and the walls are in need of paint. The AC system was poor so being there in a heat wave wasn't fun. The staff was amazing!! The restaurant was pricey but there is a McDonald's next door and other options available.
