Wir hatten zunächst ein sehr kleines Zimmer und konnten in ein Appartement am Pool umziehen. Die Tenuta/Finca ist wunderschön und gepflegt, der Pool schon im März nutzbar (wenn das Wetter besser gewesen wäre) Die Erweiterung der Gartenanlage wäre noch zu empfehlen, um das Ambiente zu optimieren Die Bar im Garten öffnet erst ab Ostern, in der Saison bekommt man auch Mittags und abends etwas zu essen. Die umliegenden Dörfer bieten vielfältige Restwurants und Bars, Supermärkte und Lebensmittelgeschäfte. Selbstversorgung als möglich. Das Frühstück ist abwechslungsreich, es gibt sowohl salziges als auch süßes Gebäck und verschiedene belegte Brote und Croissants, Aufschnittplatte, Eier und Müsli Saft, Kaffeevariationen und Tee, Etwas Obst wäre noch schön. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit und spricht etwas englisch. Parkplätze gibt es auf der kleinen Anlage

Come da aspettative, la Tenuta San Nicola si è rivelata una piccola isola di relax a meno di trenta minuti da Lecce. Posto tranquillo, con camere minimali, ma ben tenute. Ottima la colazione e personale sempre disponibile. Piscina di buone dimensioni per potersi rilassare senza intrusioni di esterni, tipiche di altre strutture. Un solo consiglio: qualche zona d'ombra in più per chi sosta in zona piscina.

Un diamante verde/azzurro

Semplicemente eccezionale! Non manca nulla specie per una vacanza mix turismo, mare e relax. La cura del luogo, la pulizia, la posizione tranquilla ma allo stesso tempo vicina a tanti punti di interesse, la piscina e le sue aree di relax bordopiscina o immerse nel verde, entrata H24 e chicche come gli stendini messi a disposizione degli ospiti. Colazione abbondante e varia dal dolce al salato, c'è di tutto per tutti i gusti. Stanze ampie, ben arredate e luminose. Menzione speciale poi allo staff ed in particolare ad Andrea proprietario attento e cortese, affabile e simpatico e soprattutto a richiesta, prodigo di consigli. Straconsigliato!

La scegli per la posizione strategica, a metà strada tra Adriatico e Jonio, vicina a Lecce, a meno di un'ora da Otranto, Leuca, Gallipoli e tutto il Salento intorno a te. Non te ne vorresti mai andare, coccolato dal trattamento quasi familiare da parte dei titolari, sempre disponibili ed attenti., Andrea insostituibile, sempre presente e pronto a darti informazioni o semplicemente ad intrattenerti con due chiacchiere. Camera accogliente, colazione ottima, varia ed abbondante, con tanti prodotti fatti in casa dalla mamma dei titolari.Splendida piscina, bellissimo il giardino, rigoglioso e ben curato da Andrea. posto gradevole che rispecchia quanto mi aspettassi. Il personale è ordialissimo e familiare. Unica pecca la mancanza di frigo in camera e i doversi rifornire dallo scarno distributore automatico nella zona ricreativa della struttura se si vuol bere un sorso d'acqua fresca. Per i resto, se si sopporta di essere un pochino distanti dal mare, tutto ok.
