If you want comfort, this is not your place.
Old, old, old. Doors didn’t lock to the exterior. Front door could be just pushed in it was so loose and old. Shower head coming out of the wall. Tub clogs and fills up. Ceiling fan had 2” of dust on it. Loose tile in the bathroom. The bed was the hardest worse bed I have ever slept in. And I was in the military. My back is still killing me!!

Should have booked a different hotel.
Our room was really run down and smelled like ashes. Air conditioner didnt work so we found a really old fan next to the wall that we used to bring the temperature down in the room, but we had to leave the windows open at night. We found hairs on top of the pillow. The beds were very noisy, they felt like water beds to where you feel every movement that the other person in the bed does.

The room appeared to not have been cleaned. Their was broken glass in the kitchen. Holes in the bathroom door, gum stuck in the wall and French fries behind the bedroom door. Their were spider webs all over in the kitchen and the utensils for eating and making food were all dirty. We will never stay here again! Absolutely disgusting and way over priced!!! Only nice thing about this place is how close to town it is.

Very old amenities. There was no AC, very difficult to stay at room during summer. All the Staff was roaming without wearing a face mask during COVID-19.

The room we reserved was not available. The room we got had less beds which was a problem. The front desk said that was an Expedia problem. They don't guarantee number of beds, size of beds, etc.

Nice central location in a quiet neighborhood. Rooms are spacious and staff is fast and friendly. The only downside is there is no pool and beds were uncomfortable.

Location is great central to shopping and restaurants and because we had our dog with us it was a perfect fit the only thing I would say is that it’s a little outdated, no place to hang your towels and we had lots of flies in our room. It’s not a luxury property but it is comfortable.

Post to Expedia, await response, then on Yelp. 4* Hotel has a good décor, convenient to the Village, and there is no road noise or other noise from outside the hotel property. Great water pressure in the shower. Good Wi-Fi even when the hotel was full. At a quiet time of the night, we received 80 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload. There are just enough parking spaces. The second-floor room had a very high ceiling.
No air conditioning. They recommended leaving windows open at night to cool down. An open window works well, if hotel guests in the barbecue area are quiet and you do not have allergies.
The housekeeper had not removed the previous guest’s food from the fridge or emptied the trash can on the walkway outside the room. There were maintenance issues; management addressed them promptly so no need to repeat them here. Management stated that they were short-staffed.

Location is great, with in walking distance to just about everything. Sadly the property is not well kept, it's pretty filthy. Arrived in the evening, July 7th. On the left side outside our room was an overflowing trash bin & to our right side was an old broken reclining chair turned upside down. The room was quite small, and as we're walking up the stairs my son points out a ball of tissue paper underneath the upstairs bed(first sign that the room was not cleaned properly). The private balcony was absolutely disgusting, there was what seemed to be months worth of dirt, dust, spider webs and an open water bottle with pink gunk in it. The ceiling fan inside the room also covered in dirt & dust. The trash bin was overflowing from the 7th - 9th, I finally complained about the trash and chair, they took care of it later that day. As a paying customer I should not have to ask to remove trash or clean properly. These are issues management should oversee.
Absolute waste of money!

Excellent!
Stayed here with some friends during a Snow Summit trip.
Absolutely loved this hotel. It has a nice rustic charm, but our loft room was clean, comfortable and quiet. Parking is easy, lots of spaces and a nice picnic area on the other side of the lot with grills and tables. Staff is great; unknowingly left my ID in the room after checkout, within 20 min they called me.
Location is excellent. Very close to downtown, very close to Snow Summit. We were lucky enough to hit the bars the last night before Newsom shut down everything fun. Only gripe is there's so many stairs to get to your room, then more stairs to get to your bed!
Price was very reasonable, too.
Will absolutely stay again.
