I want to start by saying that the view at this place is absolutely amazing. The vibe is calm and zen—the pond, the creek, the waterfall in the mountains, and the friendly, kind staff all make this place worth it. However, if you pay attention to small details, you may notice some downsides. Some amenities were very old or didn’t work well. For example, the toaster was old and rusty, and the refrigerator was outdated and made loud noises that made it hard to sleep. Also, the light above the stove didn’t work, so I had to cook with very little lighting. Overall, everything looked clean, but when I wiped the dining table and the countertop, the cloth came out dirty. The floor was also dirty, and the worst part was the sofas—both were very dirty. I had to put a blanket over them so my kids could sit on them. On a positive note, the beds were nice and clean, and the bathroom was clean as well. Thank you!

Relaxing place with indoor pool and hot tub

Loved the indoor hot tub and pool. Skiied at June mountain nearby. Soaked in the Jacuzzi tub in the room after skiing. Quiet and quaint place.

Beautiful grounds and view from our room. Cozy, clean room. Great food at restaurant. Disappointed that spa services were limited on weekdays. No facials or mani/pedis were available. Also the bathroomi in our cabin had no facecloths or any extra towels. I expected more for $300.

Strongly recommend this cozy beautiful place. I got the small room but it was big enough! Has a working spa bath tub that hit the spot. The restaurant had delicious food for a reasonable price too. Just be careful of the margarita, you definitely get your money worth on that one!

Staff

I was a bit disappointed in the staff. When the restaurant was not open for breakfast, I asked at the office and he said oh it should be that’s it. I don’t know if the restaurant ever opened. We went to a nearby café and had a great breakfast. Our room was nice although it’s getting a bit worn.

The room is clean but old-fashioned. It has a refrigerator but no microwave. Need to use the lobby one.It takes forever to get the hot water working in shower room. I enjoyed the picture like pond view especially in the morning! I love the restaurant just right in the resort and the food is delicious. The best is the pool and hot tub indoor. Clean and quiet. Especially they have a separate hot tub in women's changing room conjuncted with steam room. Full spa service. Staff was friendly and welcoming. The only thing need to improve of the resort is lacking lights outside the lodges and resort outdoor areas. I had to use my cellphone flashlight all these time to locate facility buildings and found my way back at night.

Great, relaxing ski trip. Clean cabin with a beautiful view of the creek. We used the jacuzzi every night after skiing, I got a hot-stone massage, and we ate at the restaurant. 10/10 would recommend it all. We will be back!

Rooms were very spacious but could use updating. Gym, pool and hot tub were very nice. Restaurant food and service need improvement. I suggest going to town for food. The area and location are beautiful with the lakes and hiking trails nearby.

Super friendly staff, property is a little bit dated. The "spa"/pool area doesn't offer closed showers and has a lot of restrictions, spa water was murky and with lots of bugs

Nice resort but no hot water

Great location, overall nice resort However we had no hot water in the shower and the ambiance fireplace did not work - front desk staff was totally unhelpful and the issue was neither fixed nor compensated Disappointing given the price of the room. However spa staff was excellent

This is my first time experiencing the area with my Family, I recommend it for people who like to enjoy Nature, and silence, perhaps the only thing this place lacks is a Microwave for each room, since there are not many options nearby to eat, except the on-site restaurant. Some midnight snacks have to have the option of a microwave. Otherwise, the attention and staff of the place is fabulous.
