Simple and lovely place!

A really nice play to stay. Very spacious rooms. Really beautiful surroundings and a decent size swimming pool. Around 15 mins walk from the main town but with nearby restaurants. Really helpful and friendly staff.

We had a great stay at Villas H20! It's so peaceful and quiet. Exactly what we needed as we were looking for a relaxing vacation. The staff are great, very kind, friendly, polite, and they helped us with great recommendations for restaurants, transportation, beach clubs, and things to do in Tulum as it was our first time there. The pool was fantastic! Big and super clean. Our beds and pillows were very comfy too and we loved the bathrooms decor as well. They offer a complimentary continental breakfast that we appreciated as it was a great way to start off our days, before exploring the area. There are several awesome restaurants and coffee shops near by too. The only downside is that they don't have an ice machine and that would've been amazing given how hot it is in Tulum. Other than that, we had a wonderful stay!

Très bel hôtel, très mal entretenu

Tout d’abord, nous avions réservé 3 suites supérieures… mais l’hôtel a affirmé n’en avoir qu’une seule à l’arrivée, et encore elle était indisponible puisque problème d’eau dans la salle de bains… donc relogés dans des chambres deux fois plus petites qu’annoncé et sans le coin cuisine. Ensuite état de propreté déplorable : douches immondes. Fenêtre ne fermant pas dans l’une : ils ont été obligés de la bloquer fermée avec une tige en travers à hauteur de tête dans la douche. Pas de personnel le dimanche, donc pas de réparation, nettoyage non fait dans notre douche… piscine à l’état de propreté laissant à désirer (système de filtration éteint lors de notre arrivée). Literie correcte, petit-déjeuner correct, mais sans plus (très peu de choix). Amabilité du personnel très moyen : se fiche de vos problèmes… Enfin environnement moyen de l’hôtel : une bonne partie des restaurants sont de l’autre côté de la 4 voies, chaud à traverser à pieds… prendre la voiture pour aller dîner est quasi obligatoire.

La regadera para la piscina requiere mayor visibilidad sobre todo en las noches ya que hay huespedes que buscan enjuagarse antes de entrar a la piscina y no la ven con facilidad, el huesped asocia el baño con la regadera y ambas instalaciones están separadas. Cette étape à la villa h2o a été une réussite. Chambre spacieuse , accueil chaleureux , idéalement placé , proche de l’artère principale de tulum Pueblo sans en avoir les inconvénients (le bruit) , un petit déjeuner savoureux et sain et surtout cette piscine que vous aimerez retrouver en fin de journée … les 5 jours à tulum ont été magiques et la villa h2o n’y est pas étrangère

Definitely a trek to get to the hotel and not necessarily the safest to walk at night as a female (there are some dark corners) but a very wonderful hotel otherwise. Just be ready to have to pay $150mx every time you want a taxi to and from el centro.

I got stuck in Tulum late in the night while traveling south and saw Villa H2O to reserve online. After reserving, I called and the attendant told me he would be gone for the day by the time I arrived but he will leave the room keys with security. This man was very accommodating and friendly. This place was chic and simple but still so beautiful. Very clean!

La propiedad tiene una buena ubicación, suficientemente cerca del centro pero lejos del bullicio de la ciudad, se puede llegar a pie al centro donde hay una amplia oferta de restaurantes, bares y tiendas. Beautifully decorated, really spacious room for our family of four. Nice touch with the free coffee/tea and water all day and a minimal but adequate and tasty breakfast. The staff were al great. I would highly recommend staying at H2O villas.
