Estadía Tranquila

Pousada despretenciosa em sua estrutura e instalações, porem o quarto têm tudo o necessário para o bom conforto e o atendimento do pessoal e muito bom. O ponto fraco é que para a sua localização o estacionamento é pequeno e insuficiente, tendo os hospedes que deixar os carros na rua.

Pousada ok 👍

Estacionamento cabe poucos carros, alguns ficam na rua. Quando chegamos colocaram a gente na suíte 60 tinha uma boa varanda, porém o ar não estava funcionando. Tivemos que mudar para a 61, o ar estava funcionando perfeitamente porém a sacada era bem pequena, e a ducha higiênica estava arrancada, e jogada em cima da pia. Como a gente não gosta de usar preferimos nos banhar, nem reclamamos, no dia do checkout uma das moças perguntou oque houve com a ducha. A gente ficou bem incomodado, pois eles liberaram o quarto e nem perceberam que tinha esse problema. Já tínhamos tido problema com o ar no outro quarto. De resto um hotel OK justo . Só a comida que não curtimos, porém isso é muito do gosto pessoal de cada um né ?!

É a segunda vez que ficamos ai. É muito gostoso. O cafe da manha maravilhoso rs cada dia coisas diferentes e sendo reposto o tempo todo. A equipe no geral é muito gentil, alegre e educada. O estacionamento "rotativo" é um ponto que sempre causa confusoes e talvez algo que nos faca nao voltar mais, infelizmente. As camareiras sempre esquecem algo...toalhas, papel higienico, nao repoe sabonetes e nem shampoo ou condicionador. Quando pedido leva muitas horas para acontecer. A piscina nao é limpa todos os dias. Pertinho da praia do Indaia e do centro. No geral gostamos... espero que atentem a esses pequenos pontos para voltarmos.

Bom mas pode melhorar

A pousada é simples mas confortável para ficar por alguns dias. Pontos positivos: atendimento dos integrantes da equipe do hotel e áreas de lazer. Pontos que deixaram a desejar: ausência de tomadas perto da cama, nos dias próximos ao reveilon houve dificuldade em limpar os apartamentos a tempo e o café da manhã ficava constantemente desabastecido.

Esperava Mais...

Sim, razoável pois a limpeza ficou muito a desejar, solicitei uma limpeza e só foi feita a troca de toalhas de banho e rosto, a de chão não, fizeram reposição de papel higiênico e arrumaram a cama, nada mais. Nem varrer, passar pasdo e limpar o banheiro foi feito. Outra coisa, a comida do restaurante no dia q chegamos lá resolvemos jantar no hotel mesmo e no prato que escolhemos em 01 veio 02 files de frango e no outro somente 01 file de frango, semdo que o pedido era igual, fora q veio queimado. Piscina nao estava muito limpa, era nitido que não tinha uma limpeza pesada há umas boas semanas. Qdo ao atendimento e cordialidade NOTA 10, todos os funcionários muito educados e atenciosos. Área para crianças bem fraca, esperava mais.

Uma boa experiência

Foi muito boa, tds muito educados, estavam com falta de funcionário o que gerou algumas intercorrências mas tds resolvidas , só achei o colchão mto mole e antigo. A piscina é grande e o salão de jogos tem várias opções.
