Food is amazing!! Old ama Basic rooms. Small bathrooms. Small kidsclub area. All employees very friendly. Expensive food and drinks. Very good beach. Really close to the Beach park. Noise from the power generation station and from the air conditioner system in the room.

The hotel needs a renovation as soon as possible. It seems to be a bit abandoned, lack of overall maintanance. The food is not amazing in the entire Beach Park resort, there’s room for improvement as well. On the good side, It is well located right next to the water park and right in front of the beach. So many things that can be said about the property, but it is a great place to stay if you are going to Beach Park as it’s right on the beach and easy access. The beach access was the deal breaker for us. Hopefully ohana is much more beautiful. It is definitely not a four star hotel, might be a two or three star hotel as it looks like ia motel from the outside as the stucco turning brown/black. Fitness center is embarrassing. Old unsafe equipment! Food is great as well as cleanliness. The first room they put us in was so bad in that once we moved rooms, it was definitely updated, but we had to get someone to fix the faucet in the shower the master bedroom and door didn’t shut or lock and the slider was off the tracks. In the first room, shower bar fell on my wife’s back and cut open her foot and we had to get a medic there. They absolutely didn’t even offer us any compensation as it takes a seriously injury to get their attention. For some reason, they don’t give toothbrush holders or soap holders which is very strange. The kids events were amazing and so was the staff it didn’t until 10 PM, but I do understand. Brazil starts a little late as far as activities. We took a taxi many places as we were not told they had a free bus until the day before checkout They also do not have phones so if you do not have WhatsApp or Wi-Fi working well, you cannot communicate with them. The hotel pool and staff are pretty amazing, but the management needs training.

El hotel es bastante básico. En las habitaciones dejan las sábanas sobre la cama para que tu la hagas. No hay cafetera en la habitación, ni modo de calentar agua, excepto en el microondas. El bar cierra a las 10:00 pm y tiene muy poca variedad de bebidas. Por ejemplo: no había Bayley´s (un clásico). La modalidad es media pensión: desayuno y cena, por lo cual debes almorzar allí, ya que no hay otros lugares donde hacerlo. Los precios de la comida son altísimos y al momento de cerrar la cuenta, sin dudas es más conveniente ir a un all inclusive que a Beach Park. La comida está bien, pero si llegas a cenar a las 9:00 pm seguramente te quedes sin postre ya que no los reponen. El acceso al parque acuático puede hacerse una hora antes si estás hospedado en el hotel, pero sólo abren anticipadamente dos atracciones cada día: Surreal que es la montaña rusa de agua (imperdible) y otra que varía día a día, pero no funcionan todas las atracciones del parque una hora antes para la gente que se hospeda allí. Me gustó, pero tiene mucho por mejorar para el precio que pagas.
