Me hospedaram em uma suite com escadas com pessimo acesso e não há suporte disponível da pousada para transportar mala, devendo o hóspede subir e descer as escadas com ela no braço (mala com peso de 21kg). Quando solicitei ajuda para Katia para subir com a mala ela disse que na pousada não oferecerem esse auxílio. Suíte com hidromassagem sendo que só tem saída para água fria e um sistema de aquecimento de água que demora 1 hora para aquecer possibilitando somente após quase 1:20 o uso. Atendimento da recepcionista Katia bastante rude e com má vontade em atender Janela do banheiro imunda e com acesso à sala de jogos. Além do barulho a luz que acende ilumina todo o quarto de madrugada. Cardápio sem opção vegetariana Limpeza do quarto feita no período da tarde sempre após as 14horas e com várias tracas nas paredes Nos últimos dias já não tinha mais sabonete líquido para tomar banho porque tinha acabado o estoque.
