We initially had a few issues at the beginning, such as the air conditioning was not working, the toilet broke during our stay and could not be fixed until the following day, which was an inconvenience. We slept two nights without air conditioning, which was very uncomfortable since we had to open the windows and there was a lot of noise.
Once the issues were all dealt with, it was better.
Just to note, it was only after we left a message for the manager that we were going to leave, the issues were resolved.
Since our first two nights of our stay were less than uncomfortable, is it possible to be refunded at minimum one night stay
