My family stayed for 10 days here. It was clean, short walking distance to all modes of transportation, lots of options for dining and shopping.

The staff was friendly and welcoming, which I truly appreciated. Unfortunately, the overall condition of the hotel was very disappointing. There was visible mold in several areas, and the entire building smelled strongly of smoke, which made the atmosphere quite unpleasant. The soundproofing was very poor, so it was difficult to rest due to constant noise from both inside and outside the hotel. In addition, there were many flies in the room, which made the stay even more uncomfortable. The “self-service” breakfast had a very limited selection and did not meet expectations for this hotel category. Although the hotel is rated as a three-star property, in my opinion, it barely meets the standard of a one-star hotel. I would not recommend staying here until major improvements are made

I have had a very good stay at the Zip hotel. The friendly personnel go the extra mile to make you comfortable. There is a lot of compliments snacks to chose if in the lobby bar. The Seoul international university on the green nr 2 circular metro line is conveniently located three minutes walk from the hotel. There are many down to earth eateries in the immediate vicinity . A stay at this hotel will give you good value for your money.

Personalet er utroligt hjælpsomt og venlige. Jeg har boet på hotellet af flere omgange i forbindelse med rundrejse i Korea, og altid bestilt ikke-ryger værelse, men var blevet tildelt rygerværelse. Lidt dårlig oplevelse. Morgenmaden er inkluderet men DIY i et usselt lokale. Det er bedre at gå ud og spise morgenmad.

홍대입구역과 샤로수길 도보 2분 거리라 편리했습니다. 간단한 커피. 아이스크림. 팝콘 무료로 제공해주어 좋았고. 조식은 카운터에 말하면 인스턴트 죽과 육개장 컵라면 선택 할 수 있습니다. 식당은 1층 외부에 있는데 식빵,계란,시리얼과 우유 쨈등이 준비 되어 있습니다. 2층의 가장 저렴한 2인실은 화장실 불이 어두워 돈을 추가로 주고 다른 방으로 옮겼는데 평일은 1박에 만원. 주말은 1박에 만오천원 추가됩니다. 접근성은 좋고 직원분들은 친절했지만 담배냄새 때문에 이틀동안 잠자리가 편하지 않았습니다 방을 옮겨 달라고 했고 세방 중에 선택하라고 했지만 모두 담배냄새가 났고 그나마 욕실이 밝고 조금 더 넓어서 만족해야 했습니다. 비흡연실로 운영한다면 더 좋을 듯합니다. 에어컨이 많이 낡아보였고 205호는 잘 때 좀 춥더라구요. 창문이 커튼식이면 더 좋을 것 같았습니다. 평일이라면 저렴한 가격에 접근성때문에 가성비로 간다면 어쩔 수 없겠지만 주말에 그 가격이라면 홍대 에어앤비 숙소가 더 나을 것 같습니다. 조금만 인테리어를 더 밝게 하고 실내 공기를 쾌적하게 힌다면 인기가 많을 것 같습니다.

My hotel room was comfortable. The location was in an interesting area. The restaurant section. The hotel is not centrally located. Taxis are inexpensive in Seoul, so getting to the city center wasn't a problem. I recommend the Zip Hotel if you're looking for an affordable, clean, safe place to stay.

Quiet and comfortable hotel close to Subway

I stayed for the weekend of a businesst trip. The room are quiet and clean, the staff is very polite. Wifi is very good. There is the possibility to make a simple but free self service breakfast with egg, bread, jam, cereals and coffee.
