The staff was really friendly and helpful. The second floor was amazing. There was an eating and lounging area. There was a seperate door to go through and that area of the hotel was for families. There was even a small kitchen and play place for kids. Great for the patents and great for kids. Totally separated from the rest of the hotel. And the food and shopping nearby is crazy !!! Hundreds upon hundreds of places to choose from.

Location was perfect, I wasn't aware at the time of booking but there's a night market at your doorstep when staying here, hundreds of street vendors and a very lively atmosphere. There is ample space in the room and rooms are clean. More importantly, it is conveniently located near the shopping area, so you can easily go back to your rooms to recharge after all the shopping. Not to mention that the train station is within walking distance too.

The staff at Metro Hotel were so friendly and accommodating. It’s not an overly huge hotel which I loved because that means less foot traffic. The location was so good because we could do some shopping, head back to the hotel to drop off our purchases and then go out again. It’s in such a good location. Myeongdong

Hotel location was great right in the heart of Myeongdong and a short walk to bus and subway station. Room was a decent size and beds were comfortable. Bathroom and room (rug) floor were dated though. We took airport bus to the hotel and the drop off was only a few blocks away.
