Bed was really comfortable. Location is good. Staff excellent. Rooms probably due a refurb soon.
Disappointed that there seems to be 2 different full English breakfast options offered , one for resident guests and one for paying daily customers.
The resident breakfast is not to the same standard .
We paid a lot of money for a 2 night stay and the breakfast definitely lets it down.

Ett mycket bekvämt ställe. Hotellet är rent, sängen är bekväm, rummet är varmt. Hotellet ligger i stan och nära sevärdheterna. Personalen är hjälpsamma. Frukost är bra.

Quite a basic room but spotlessly clean and the bed was very comfortable. Friendly and efficient staff. The breakfast was excellent, cooked to order and lovely and hot.

Fab stay! Great location for Christmas shopping! Super friendly attentive staff and lovely room! Busy pub with restaurant,great vibes and a fantastic carvery.
Breakfast which was included in the price,was delicious,with a choice of cereals,yogurt and fruit and also a variety of cooked dishes!
Would definitely recommend a stay here and I hope to return again! Thank you!

Comfy room, slightly noisy as it was Xmas parties. Great breakfasts, particularly the smoked haddock. Polite, friendly staff who kindly posted my accidentally left behind pyjamas home. They arrived here in Falmouth before I did! Thank you & Merry Christmas!
