The hotel is very nicely situated with perfect walking distance to everything. The room was quiet and nice. Most of the staff were very kind and friendly, however, the man checking us in was rude, unhelpful and made it seem as if we were a nuisance. It's a shame to have to write, because the rest of the staff were very nice, but truly, I've never before been met with such behaviour from staff at a hotel, anywhere in the world.
