1. Communication & Service:
The hotel needs to improve its communication with guests. Service at the bars, especially during the day, was lacking. Additionally, staff members rarely greeted guests—basic courtesies like "good morning" or "thank you" were often missing, which made the service feel unwelcoming.
2. Room Facilities:
The rooms themselves were comfortable, but there was a significant issue with the bathroom. Every time we showered, water leaked through the cracks in the shower, creating a mess and potential safety hazard. This should be addressed to ensure a better experience for future guests.
