Check in was quick and efficient. It was nice that I was able to communicate in English . Room and bathroom were a good size and the bed size was a queen as described. The only request would be to have better signage to the entrance elevator for heavy luggage or mobility but maybe this is common in Italy . Cut through the lovely cafe . Breakfast had a nice selection of food and beverages

Mediocre hotel. Was having construction work done so our window was completely covered whuch meant we couldn't open our window or see outside . Plus workers talking loudly right at window at 7am ; Horrible. Breakfast was so poor we only ate first morning then didn't bother . Honestly don't have anything great to say .

The room was very small and not very modern or attractive but it was clean. The bed and pillows were comfortable. Shower was good. However reception were not particularly friendly and you have to go through the coffee shop next door to enter, taking two elevators to get to your room. Breakfast was ok and they did provide soy milk which was appreciated. We didn’t bother with the covered parking and parked a few minutes away.
