A wonderful stay at The Flipper House! A great location, the room was spacious and the bed was very comfortable (very important). The staff were exceptional and kind. The buffet breakfast was very good and the pool(s) awesome! I don’t know what else to say, other than if I go back to Pattaya, (likely), this will be my first choice to stay.

The menu in the kitchen was amazing the pool was nice and clean the staff was friendly and accommodating the only negative I would have to say is that the beds are as hard as concrete and being located directly across the street from several nightclubs at a party district makes it hard to sleep if you're an early riser and trying to go to bed while the bars are still going blasting their music

The room was great! I had a little balcony overlooking the party Street! It was a little noisy, but that was to be expected under the circumstances. It's a great location, you're in the Heart of the City where all the action is. The staff was very friendly and very helpful.

The general feeling is that the staff is trying very hard but poor management is making the place run down. TV was working only sometimes and maintenance staff insist this is OK When taking a shower, the water floods the entire bathroom. For hours afterward, every time you go into the bathroom, wet footprints remain in the room. An extra towel to dry the floor costs money....in cash Additional expenses cannot be charged to the room bill For example, drinking at the pool requires cash An extra towel, in cash Again , The staff are doing their best but management is poor.
