I would actually rate this a 3.5, it’s better than a 3 but not quite a 4. The employees were friendly and the room clean but you only had 2 small drawers for your clothes and you had to ask for a blow dryer. The breakfast was as awesome.

The hotel is a great place with reasonable parking, but limited handicapped spaces, and easy access to the city. Our only concern was the sponginess and instability of the flooring. We were visiting Natchitoches for the Christmas festival. Staying Downtown would have been ideal, but staying here was definitely second best. We slept in so we didn’t make it to breakfast both mornings, the room was very clean, nice size, and comfortable. The pillows could have been better, but we made do by doubling them up. The market with all the treats is a major plus!!!
