Hosts were very welcoming and friendly. Room very clean and very comfortable bed aided a great nights sleep. Tea and coffee making facilities were well stocked and clean cups daily. The property is clean and bright, the bedroom decor was lovely. The bed is extremely comfortable and the temperature just right. The en-suite is a little cramped but perfectly manageable and the parking a bit tight - but there is parking for everyone. The breakfast is fantastic and the hosts delightful. A brilliant find within a short walk of Sheringham high street and beach.
