The Ryokan was located in a prime area and was very spacious for a Japanese standard. Every day, they provided bottled water and bottled ocha drinks, which were very helpful. We will definitely stay again if we visit Kyoto again.

This was an amazing place! We had never stayed in a Royal con before, and very glad we chose this location. The owners were extremely friendly, and the room was very comfortable. Comfortable Ryokan in Kyoto

Very friendly and sweet couple running the ryokan. The made you feel like you were home. The ryokan was very clean and the rooms were spacious. We appreciated the private bathroom and also used the public bath. They provided hot water and tea along with wonderful cookies. We really like the location which was adjacent to Nishiki Market. We would definitely stay here again.
