Casa boa, porem muito umida

As casas são boas, espaçosas, com tudo, porem para cozinhar, não ha utensílios para cozinha, e há muita umidade, mofo e um pouco de cheiro, a unica camareira do local era muito agradável, porem a pousada esta um pouco abandonada, teria potencial, se tivesse mais funcionários, e um maior investimento para conter tanta umidade.

Positivo: Muy lindas cabañas. Linda pileta, no apta niños pequeños. Rico y abundante desayuno con frutas y jugos naturales y bolos deliciosos. Personal muy atento y servicial, muy simpáticos. Negativo: murciélagos en el entretecho q no nos dejaban dormir. La 1ra noche fue imposible por los chillidos y los ruidos (creíamos q eran ratas). Cambiamos d cabaña y en la segunda fue mas "soportable", pero a la mañana encontrabamos excremento en las habitaciones...Esto le baja muchísimo la nota, q no llega a compensar con las cosas buenas q tiene, como la ubicación y la tranquilidad, la cocina bien equipada, el amplio espacio, etc.

The property is surrounded by beautiful landscaping. The staff was friendly and very helpful. The breakfast was ok. Nothing spectacular. Has a ton of stairs, and our room was at the very top. The staff will help you carry things to your room, but walking up and down was exhausting. The first night I was woken up, by a bat (morcego) flying around in my bedroom. I woke up my friend and we got the bat to fly out of the window, which had been closed. Maybe the bat came through the small opening in the roof. I could not not sleep, so I went downstairs to sleep next to her on another bed in the lower part of the apartment. About 3am, I was awakened by another bat flying around the room. Again my friend woke up and tried to get the bat to fly out. Before that happened, the bat hit the fan and fell onto my bed. She wrapped it in a sheet and puts it outside. I couldn’t leave in the middle of the night, so I turned the mattress over and lied there awake until 5am. We told the staff and she said, should only refund 50% of the room charge, if we went to stay somewhere else. I looked at 2 other places, but decided this place was more spacious and besides the bats, we enjoyed it. We were able to move to another apartment just above the reception area. That night my other friend, who slept through the whole incident heard sounds above her room, and decided to share the room with me. There were no bats, but we kept the doors to each room closest and the lights in the noisy room turned on.

Pousada bonita, mas não pode se dizer que é "casa"

A pousada é bonita e bem localizada (para as praias 1,2,3 e 4 é necessário uma caminhada, mas fica próxima a uma linda praia no sentido Gamboa). Próximo ao centro, sem no entanto estar no meio do agito. Ideal para quem quer descansar. Não é indicada para quem não está a fim de se exercitar, pois de fato possui bastante escadarias. A casa decepciona no quesito "cozinha". De fato é impossível realizar qualquer refeição, pois não possui louças. Então se a sua intenção é cozinhar em casa, isso não será possível! O café da manhã é simples. As camas são confortáveis, ar condicionado funciona bem e banheiros são OK. Equipe da pousada é muito atenciosa e nos deram boas dicas!

Atenção e simpatia da equipe de trabalho

Bangalô espaçoso com 2 banheiros muito útil para 2 casais, alguns detalhes deixaram a desejar como água do box que vazava para fora do box e molhava o banheiro, iluminação fraca e café da manhã poderia ser melhor. Fomos bem recebidos por todos, a localização é muito boa, só muita atenção que tem muitos degraus, no bangalô que ficamos tinha mais de 50 degraus.
