Location was great, literally next to the station. The corner room was really quiet, barely any outside noise even though one window faced the front. The room and bathroom were dated but clean, except the stained headboard was quite off-putting.

Location is excellent. Hotels is nice and tidy, some signs of life can been seen here and there, but the over all feel is clean. Our bed was ok and noice from the street wasn't too bad although we had the 1st floor room and kept the window open through the night. The bathroom and the shower were just fine. The only downsize was that the room was a bit too warm for what I normally like. Overall very good value for money.

Staff were really polite, welcoming and friendly. The price was not expensive so my expectations were managed. Good location although super noisy as I had to keep the window open as the air conditioning wasn't working. Small gripe that there was no hassle conditioner but I understand that's not always on offer at hotels. The pillows weren't very comfy and warning if you are tall that the beds are quite short so your feet may be hanging out.

Great value for money and loved the air-con and bottles of water provided with tea and coffee in the room - ideal when arriving on a very hot day. Room was beautifully decorated and very clean and bed was comfy. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Location is great - very close to tube station and Westfield shopping centre only a short walk away. Our room overlooked the busy road and amenities so there was noise into the night but, despite this, we would stay here again.
