Our stay was very comfortable. The AC worked fine, room was clean, great water pressure in the shower and the bed was really comfortable. The staff was very friendly and they even let us stay parked there after we checked out so we could spend the day at the beach. It met all of our needs, thank you for a comfortable stay.

This property is doing major over haul of work so I will as expecting the worse due to last minute changes. I walked into my room very clean smelled good, the floors are new they have to touch up on the dressers but everything else was great and cleaned. I still sanitized everything down but I was pleased will come back. NO BUGS(of any kind), NO STAINS ON ANYTHING. THE NEW OWNERS ARE DOING THEIR BEST TO BRING IT UP. I APPROVED THE ROOMS & I LOOKED AT THE OTHER ROOMS THEY WAS GOOD AS WELL.

We booked a nonsmoking room, when we entered our room it had obviously been smoked in previously. We got another room, the smell was not as bad but still had been smoked in. Some of the rooms doors had non-smoking signs on them but the rooms we entered did not have those... When we inquired about the smoke, the service seemed quite annoyed and tried to convince us that the rooms were non-smoking. For a room large enough to house 4 guest, there were only 2 towels that were very old and thin. There was no soap or shampoo in the shower. The pool was nice and cool (late June) and the water was clean. However, there was quite ab it of sand build-up on the bottom, but its next to the beach.

The room is old and outdated but it's clean as good as they can get it for as long as it is The staff here is nice they don't bother you that s*** if you need something and this beautiful out front windows and I've stayed here before. I think the price should be down a little bit in the room during week days
