I felt s great deal of disorganization and we missed our tour to Dunns River as the nexxus tour woman gave us the wrong pickup time and we have not received a refund. Our room was supposed to be ocean view but we couldn’t really see the ocean. Besides that, the stay and facilities were amazing and clean, staff very friendly. Food at the buffet and Dorado were great, but Zen was just ok. I love how they always had some sort of entertainment happening. Really fun and enjoyable stay! Will recommend
