The room was good, had everything I needed. But it could have done with freshening up with a lick of paint. It was quite noisy, being on the second floor and having single glazing so the noise from the street below woke me up. The bed was comfortable and the linen was good quality and spotless. The staff was friendly. I was worried that it would be loud since I was on first floor right on street, but I was in back and neighborhood was quiet even on weekend. There is a Sainsbury on same block, so groceries are very close, & it's only a ten minute walk to the South Kensington Tube station in one direction and ten-minute walk to the V&A in the other. So many different bus stops close by, too. You can get anywhere from here. The room is small, but it has most things you need, including a washer/dryer and drying rack.
