Looks like they only change the sheets and towels (hopefully). The room desperately needed to be vacuumed and the toilet look like it hadn’t been washed in weeks I mean come on! This is basic cleaning stuff. All appliances in the room were dusty so clearly no one has been thoroughly cleaning in there. Do better!

Breakfast is absolutely horrible. It seems that you will have to get up at 4 am, when is the start time for breakfast (to accommodate highway workers and police officers) to be able to enjoy hot breakfast. This is a problem at most hotels in Cotulla. Breakfast is horrible or non existent. Also, cleanliness is not their forte, as there were random used items everywhere on the counters and no one was taking care of cleaning the tables. Room seemed clean, but there was an unpleasant smell.

We arrived and checked in went in our rooms and the rooms were vacant walk in in 2 of our rooms to a unpleasant situation sight smh in formed hotel receptionist and wanted to speak to a manager and manager was not available got other rooms since they had been paid for already couldn’t get our money back since I used this services time of check out went to speak to manager and manager wasn’t available it was very upsetting situation

Not so good. Towels were old and tin and stained and yellow. AC all the controls were broken and the hallway was hot. Coffee pot in the room but no coffee to make. No plugs to connect my medical equipment next to the bed. Overall I do not recommend this place to anyone. I was bitten by some kind of bugs overnight while I was sleeping. I woke up with welts on my body.
