In a drive across the US this past week with lots of nice hotels, the staff and location here deserves a shout out! In all ways, perfect. Stay here when in the area; wise choice.

6/10 不错

The hotel was fairly clean, and the staff was very friendly and helpful. However, the hotel in general and our room in particular had a musty moldy smell. It was very noticeable in the room. Also, we had to carry our luggage down the stairs from the third floor because the elevator was not working in the morning. Overall, an okay experience.

We have been coming here for nearly 10 years and love this place. The staff are absolutely superb, (shout-out to the manager Shaina-she's the best!!) - friendly and helpful, many have been there for years and they remember us! The rooms are beautiful and beds are comfortable. The location is great to walk to the restaurants, shops and the Amphitheatre for concerts in the summer! Can't wait to go back again!

真实点评

6/10 不错

While the room was clean, our room could have used some updated furniture... Looked like it had been treated rather roughly. The room did have an odor. The linens were clean and fresh. The bed was comfortable.. Staff was okay but not extremely helpful Had to pay for parking and was unaware that there would be additional charge. Our room was on the roadside and there was evidently a nightclub across the street that was loud until 2:00 a.m. And then followed by racing cars. We didn't have a restful night

Clean room, clean bathroom, good nights sleep. Parking was free & right next door. My only complaint would be the temperature of our room was a bit warm and adjusting the thermostat didn’t seem to change it much. Otherwise, decent stay.
