Decent rooms but a big plus for the very central location. Smooth process with bookings etc. On the negative side a smell of drain in the bathroom that sometimes even smelled in the rest of the apartment, a bit poorly cleaned, and also no option for a later checkout than 10 am. The entrance was a bit depressing with all the garbage bins just outside, but was weighed up by the garden serving from the pub.

Our family of four (with two kids) had a wonderful stay here! The apartment was very spacious, clean, and comfortable — perfect for families. The location is excellent, just a short walk from the main attractions in the center of Prague, which made exploring the city super easy. The only downside was that our unit was on the 4th floor with no elevator, so carrying luggage up and down was a bit of a workout. Also, the building is located on a pedestrian street, so arriving and leaving by car wasn’t very easy, and parking is a bit far from the property. That said, the place is totally worth it for its location and comfort. If you’re not traveling with a car, it’s an excellent choice!

Place was nice, location was great! However the description of the place was misleading, it stated “quiet neighborhood” that was soooo not true!!! 3 out of 4 nights there was extremely loud club music coming from near by, it started around 10 pm and ended at 6:30 am!!! We tried contacting the owner on all sorts of platforms but he completely ignored us!! And we still haven’t heard back from him! We hardly slept, that was terrible!

The apartment we rented was huge and well appointed. We also loved the neighborhood and convenience of getting around the city on foot. However, we would have had a BIG problem if there wasn’t a sister hotel nearby with a front desk. I did not receive the email with the door code before I arrived, so they saved the day with that. Also, there is nowhere to store bags in the building we stayed, so thankfully the hotel helped with that also. I’d love to stay in the same apartment again, but this was my first trip to Prague so I’m not sure I’d deal with the lack of on site support again.

Good but beware of super early checkout

The place was nice and conveniently located but the main issue was the lack of a couple amenities (only two towels for a family of 5 and no shower soap, tea or coffee), including a 10am check-out which is not ideal if you're traveling with young kids.

This property is a complete WOW! The location is so close to the square. We are a family of 4 and need space when we travel - our room (Kate, on the 2nd floor) was huge! Our room could have been 3 rooms, the kids had their own bedroom, 2 bathroom sinks, a shower and a big tub (we didn’t use) and a kitchen, eating, living room space not to mention a mud room/foyer. There also was a washer/dryer combo (which I didnt use but would have except I can’t seem to figure these machines out anywhere). It did take a while to find a supermarket which I found across the Charles Bridge but that wasn’t our priority. Also there was hand/dish soap and dishwasher detergent but no other amenities (bring your own shampoo). In general, I would totally recommend this property. For us early checkin was not possible the central registration hotel is right around the corner and able to store your luggage. Thank you 3 Epoques!

The property is located very close and in perfect walking distance to pretty much everything. There is local public transport nearby with good connections. Given the location of the apartments, it is very loud in an evening with noise from the bar and alley way below going on until the very early hours of the morning, even midweek in January. The windows of the property do very little to stop any noise coming in. Despite this, the room is comfortable and very clean with a fully kitted out small kitchen. Its also worth nothing that you dont get a physical key to your room or the building and that a code is required for entry.
