酒店整體偏老舊，衣櫃跟家俱有年紀了，浴室一般般，但是蓮蓬頭的軟管都生鏽了，隔音一般般，還是聽得到外面車輛聲音，隔壁房間開門聲音也是，但還算安靜，早餐還不錯，有新鮮燙牛肉湯，菜色種類不多，但味道都很好吃，地理位置還算方便，樓下對面就是超商，走路逛逛望月橋東側有一排店家可以逛，西側目前在施工，距離武聖夜市很近，停車場也是跟酒店一樣偏老舊。

館は古い感じがしますが、内装はリフォームされているようで、綺麗でした。 立地も良く観光するのに便利です。 洗濯機が、古いタイプで、使用すると服が痛みそうだったのと、wifiがとても弱いようで、部屋で利用出来なかったのですが、それ以外はフロントスタッフさんも対応良いですし、リバービューのお部屋にしたので、景色もよく快適に過ごせました。

本人於8/20入住台南市維悅酒店的不愉快經驗如下： 1. 不提供住宿發票，要求顧客自行向訂房平台索取，態度傲慢。 2. 停車位有限，幾乎滿位，都是出租車格不能停，免費停車是噱頭。 3. 安排的住宿房間在二樓緊鄰大馬路，晚上睡覺時車聲隆隆，不時還有飆車，無法安睡。 4. 住房內設備老舊，浴室蓮蓬頭架鬆落，無法固定住使用淋浴。此外，免治馬桶一直閃紅燈，無法使用。電子體重計也是故障，無法使用。 5. 住房內提供的兩瓶礦泉水瓶口以厚實的塑膠緊密密封，徒手無法開啟，也沒有工具可以協助打開，形同沒有提供。然而，飯店三樓原飲水機及洗衣設備卻以維修之名禁止使用，要求顧客自行到一樓餐廳取水並且到外面自助洗衣，形同虛設。 6. 訂房時宣傳有提供免費的迎賓飲料，事實上並沒有提供。 總之，這次出差住宿維悅酒店的經驗令人感到十分不友善，實際體驗後感到與網路上的廣告宣傳落差甚大。
