Beautiful hotel, all staff are so lovely and helpful. Peaceful location but also easy access to main centre, bar, shops etc. this is an amazing hotel and our stay here was very memorable. Just one point that we didn’t realise until we got to the hotel, there is no alcohol sold at the property, but they don’t mind you bringing alcohol into the hotel if you want some with your meal etc.

This place is magical! The grounds are quiet and beautiful and we loved the traditional feel of the cottages. Each cottage is tucked into the jungle and is immaculate and spacious. They work hard to anticipate your every need and they work hard to add that personal touch. I book according to the reviews of previous guests and often guests will claim that the staff is what makes a place exceptional. Nowhere have I stayed where this is more the case than Ban Sanai. I really got the sense that the staff are all working together to give their guests the best experience possible and are committed to developing an excellent reputation. I would return to this resort in a heartbeat. If you book, you will not be disappointed.
